Welcome to East Avenue Middle School.  East Avenue has many opportunities for students to participate in sports programs. The Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District has a policy that every child who participates in a school sport has to have a completed green physical card on file. The physicals must be filled out by a medical doctor; this is something that is new for East Students. In years passed we were able to have a generous chiropractor offer sports physicals to our athletes. However, under the new district guidelines, this is something that can not be done anymore.
