To report an absence, please call (925) 606-4711, then press 2. Please remember that if your student is out for three or more days, we will need a doctor’s note.

Students who have perfect attendance (no absences, no tardies and no early dismissals) will receive a perfect attendance award at the end of each trimester.

Online Math Help

Do you need help in math? On-line video help is now available at the khanacademy.com website or click HERE . 


It is important for both parents and students to register for School Loop.  Parents need a parent account, not only to follow their student's progress but also to receive important emails from the school.  The directions to register are as follows:

How to Register for School Loop

1.You will need your student’s ID number

2.  Go to the "sign-in" portion of this website (at the top on the left side).

3. Click “Register Now” then click on “Parent Registration” if you are a parent, or “Student Registration” for students.

4. Fill out the brief form and accept the user agreement.

Parents: Once you are registered and have been verified by the school you will have access to your child’s class schedule and information about each class. You may also receive daily email with information about assignments and news for the day.

PLEASE NOTE:Verification by office staff will take 2-3 working days. 


Middle School - Before and After School Program

Livermore Area Parks and Recreation (LARPD) offers a before and after school program for middle school students located on campus. PAL runs Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until school starts and then right after school until 6 p.m.  For more information click here.

East Avenue Students Shine at 2018 Science Odyssey

Congratulations to all of our East Avenue students who participated in the 2018 Science Odyssey.  East Avenue students did very well receiving several special awards and a number of first, second, third place and honorable mention ribbons.  Annelyse Combitsis and Minhnha Kawamura won the Water Award, Adam King received the Best of Show Award, and Ethan Kwan, Justin Lam and Ryan Harwood won the Excellence in Computer Science Award.  All of these teams also received a first place award for their projects.  Also receiving a first place ribbons were:  Annika Armstrong, Amber Belk, Joyoti DuBois, Henry Gleason, Lily Hurley, Thomas Kelleher, Samantha Smith, and Michael Zhang.  Receiving second place ribbons were: Manel El Hadj, Eliza Lloyd, Mufaro  Mafuka, Georgia Pournaras and Alexandra  Stranutu.  Third place awards went to: Alana Bourguet, Lily Brunton, Nitti Dungwatanawanich, Litcy Gallardo, Kristen Holbert, Avery Loll, Shaelie Murphy, Michael Rasmussen, Samuel Rosa, Alexa Sumitra, Victoria  Whitelock,  and Natalie Wohlrab.  And awarded Honorable Mention ribbons were Alicia Ayers, Analynn Broxterman, Pracica Chellappan, Aidan Chirica, Shivesh Dwivedi, Audrey Goldt, Kara Johnston, Terra Kubiak, Dillon Maheshwari. Amanda Mollica, Kristina Montgomery, Ahalya Rajesh, Danielle Rasmussen, Casey Reil, Emilia Romagna, Alexa Tinoco, Dustin  Vu, and Anyssa Williams.  Congratulations to all our budding scientists.

East Avenue Student Qualifies for State Geographic Bee

Ayden Thomas Kelleher, from East Avenue Middle School has qualified to compete in the state level competition of the National Geographic Bee!

The California State Bee will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018.
